NAKA SANGA SAFARI LODGE
ACCOMMODATION IN MOKAIKAI GATE
Naka Sanga 1 Safari Lodge in the 12 000 ha malaria free Mabula Private Game Reserve is ideal for people who appreciate the bush and an abundance of game and bird life. Only 30 minutes' drive from Warmbaths (Bela-Bela), the lodge offers a relaxed getaway to experience nature, sunshine and fresh air on one of the highest spots in the Mabula area.
ACCOMMODATION:
The lodge caters for eight people. It has a swimming pool, braai facilities, fully equipped kitchen, bar area, fireplace, lounge with DStv, dining room, lockable pantry, laundry and dishwashing facilities.
Four separate chalets are also available. Each chalet sleeps 2 people and has a small fridge, tea and coffee-making facilities, its own bathroom, small lounge area, outside deck and fireplace. Three chalets have queen-size beds, while the fourth has two single beds. Linen and bathroom towels are provided.
The number of visitors is restricted to a maximum of eight to ensure exclusivity.
Covered parking is available close to the lodge.
The chalets and lodge are serviced daily and fire wood is provided.
Guests have to bring your own food, beverages and swimming towels.
Meals can be arranged at Mabula's main lodge. All facilities at Mabula's lodge are also available to Naka Sanga's visitors, including a fully equipped gym, sauna, two swimming pools, volleyball, curio shop, and tennis and squash courts. Bookings may be required.
For golfers, the Mabalingwe Country Club is only 15 minutes away.
GAME
Mabula is home to 60 mammals, 300 bird species, 100 plant types and numerous reptile and insect species. The list include the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and rhino) as well as the Small Five (ant lion, leopard tortoise, elephant shrew, buffalo weaver and rhino beetle).
